​Lo Photo did the photography for our engagement session and wedding. We loved working with Lindsey! She is very responsive and personable, which is important when you're spending your entire special day with someone! We loved her ideas and willingness to work with our ideas to truly capture the love at our wedding. It poured while we were supposed to take pictures, but Lindsey improvised and still captured amazing photos. ​My husband and I began planning our August wedding six months out, which, despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary, we didn't think was too late until each and every photographer we contacted informed us that they were booked for prior engagements on that date. It was pure luck that we stumbled across the name of Lo, whom I was unable to find during my many internet searches, but was recommended to me enthusiastically by two friends of friends. 

After checking out her portfolio and pictures on Facebook, I jumped at the chance to work with her, and called to book our wedding date. Lo and I emailed extensively about the details of my wedding, the kind of shots I was looking for, and about any questions or concerns my husband and I may have had, and she responded quickly and clearly, making communication a breeze. 

At our meetings she was incredibly sweet, thoroughly went over our contract, and provided extensive ideas for potential shots, including the link to a clients-only Pinterest pinboard of photography inspiration. The pinboard Lo created for clients was an easy way for me to share my ideas, which she even referenced during our wedding photo shoot to make sure my husband and I got the photos we wanted. 

On our wedding day, Lo made us camera-shy individuals so much less nervous in front of the camera with her gentle suggestions, prompts, and posing ideas. When Lo showed me a photo straight from her camera after a particular photo, I knew I struck gold with our photographer, and a few days after the wedding when Lo sent sneak peek photos my way, I knew without a doubt that I was correct. Our photos were so indescribably beautiful, well-composed, and well-edited that I had no other choice but to cry -- and then immediately start spamming my friends and family members with wedding pictures! They are now framed, hanging on walls or sitting on shelves where we look at them everyday, and get compliments on them, too. "Wow, you had an amazing photographer!" is the first thing everyone says after complimenting our looks/attire in any given photo. 

All I can say is that I feel so lucky to have worked with Lo, and to have such lovely photos of the happiest day of my life. My husband and I would work with her again in a heartbeat for couples photos, and unequivocally recommend Lo as a wedding photographer.
